Our cooking classes are designed to offer students a hands-on opportunity to learn about nutrition and its importance while exploring the world of healthy, holistic food. Each class or series of classes focuses on kitchen safety, balanced nutrition, meal preparation and cooking method & technique. Each student prepares a complete meal that includes but not limited to a salad, entrée, side dish and dessert. The cooking classes create fun, interactive family time in the kitchen and around the dinner table. Students are enthusiastic about sharing their creations with family and friends!
