Who’s Cookin’!

April 16, 2012 //  by gsoup

Grandma’s Soup has a host of culinary interns from Kendall College, Le Cordon Bleu-Chicago, ETHS, New Trier & Regina to help with preparation and cooking. Meals, menus and client meal plans are prepared by Executive Chef Kaquana King.

Chef King is a graduate of Kendall College and Le Cordon Bleu with degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management & Nutrition. She has cooked and worked in the food service industry for over twenty-five years with detailed experience in front and back of the house operations, catering, storeroom & cost control, culinary instruction and nutritional coaching. Her Native American heritage, connection with people, experience in the kitchen, knowledge of food and nutrition, makes her the ideal person to prepare delicious, holistic meals tailored to your nutritional needs.
